The Insurance Process
- Schedule an inspection and file insurance claim if warranted
- Make emergency repair / tarping to prevent further damage to the home
- Schedule Adjuster meeting. We will meet the adjuster at your home to offer any assistance needed
- Review the initial scope of work from insurance company. If needed, we will send in samples for testing to help get more coverage
- Supplement work scope for any work left off initial scope. We will try to make sure everything due to you is being covered.
- Receive final approval from insurance scope
- Pick out your new roof
- The insurance company pays fair market value for services provided, so we will do the work for the approved amount. Homeowners are only responsible for paying their deductible and any upgrades elected to install
- This process can vary in time to complete
